Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All of our bridal gowns are custom-made to your exact measurements and handcrafted exclusively for you. For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted once production has begun.

When and how do I send my measurements?

After placing your order, you will receive a measurement form and a detailed video guide. You can submit your measurements through this form, and our team is available via WhatsApp if you need assistance.

How long does it take to receive my dress?

Standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks. Once completed, your order is shipped worldwide with full tracking. Express options may be available upon request.

Where are your dresses made?

All designs are handcrafted in our haute couture atelier in Istanbul using premium fabrics and hand-sewn techniques. We do not use mass production or glued lace.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price.

Will I receive support and see my dress before shipping?

Yes. We provide personal support via WhatsApp and email. Before shipping, we share final photos of your finished gown for review.
