All bridal gowns are custom-made to your exact measurements and handcrafted exclusively for you. Returns or exchanges are not accepted once production has begun.

When and how do I send my measurements?

After placing your order, you receive a measurement form and a detailed video guide. You can submit measurements through the form, and our team supports you via WhatsApp if needed.

How long does it take to receive my dress?

Standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks. After completion, we ship worldwide with full tracking. Express options may be available upon request.

Where are your dresses made?

All designs are handcrafted in our Istanbul haute couture atelier using premium fabrics and hand-sewn techniques. We do not use mass production or glued lace.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price.

Will I receive support and see my dress before shipping?

Yes. We provide personal support via WhatsApp and email, and we share final approval photos of your finished gown before shipping.
