SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS (CUSTOM-MADE POLICY)

All products offered by Fatma Sevildi Couture are custom-made and produced to order based on the measurements, design selections, and preferences provided by the customer.

Due to the bespoke and handmade nature of our garments:

Each piece is individually crafted.
Slight variations in lace patterns, embroidery placement, fabric texture, or detailing may occur.
Such variations are considered part of the haute couture and handmade process and do not constitute defects.

Product images are for reference purposes only. Colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, and fabric availability.

We do not guarantee that the final product will exactly match the digital images displayed on the website.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Custom-Made Orders

Once an order has been confirmed and production has begun:

Orders cannot be canceled
Returns or exchanges are not accepted
Refunds are not provided, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects

Any defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographic evidence.

Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or commercial distribution.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, PAYMENTS & TAXES

All prices are displayed in the selected currency and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include:

Shipping costs
Customs duties
Import taxes
Local VAT or similar charges

You are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your local authorities.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all payment details provided are accurate.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTION, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Production time varies depending on the design, customization level, and workload. Estimated production and delivery timelines will be communicated after order confirmation.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Customs clearance
Force majeure or events beyond our control

Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer.

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, logos, videos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Fatma Sevildi Couture and is protected by intellectual property laws.
