At Fatma Sevildi Couture, all of our bridal gowns and couture pieces are custom-made to order and handcrafted specifically for each client. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders

All bridal gowns sold on our website are made-to-measure, produced according to the personal measurements, design choices, and customization details provided by the customer.

❗ Important:

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

This policy is in place because custom-made garments cannot be resold or reused.


Order Confirmation & Production Start

  • Production begins after:

    • Payment is completed, and

    • Measurements and customization details are confirmed.

  • Once production starts, the order is considered final.

We strongly encourage customers to review all details carefully before confirming their order.


Cancellations (Before Production Only)

  • Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet started.

  • If a cancellation is final photo before production:

    • A partial refund may be issued

    • Any design consultation, preparation, or transaction fees may be deducted.

Once production has started, no cancellation or refund is possible.


Sizing & Fit Disclaimer

We create each gown based on the measurements provided by the customer.

  • We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from:

    • Incorrect or incomplete measurements provided by the customer

    • Body changes after measurements are submitted

For this reason, we provide:

  • A detailed measurement guide

  • Optional personal support via email or WhatsApp


Minor Adjustments

Minor tailoring adjustments may be required locally after delivery, which is standard for custom couture garments.

Local alteration costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not grounds for a refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a production error:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and a description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will:

  • Repair the item, or

  • Offer an appropriate solution at our discretion

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed case by case.


Shipping, Customs & Delivery Issues

  • Shipping fees are non divisions
    -refundable

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the buyer

  • Delays caused by customs, courier services, or incorrect delivery information are not grounds for a refund


Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Custom-made bridal gowns

  • Made-to-measure items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Digital content (if applicable)
