All bridal gowns are custom-made to your measurements. Once production has begun, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

When and how do I send my measurements?

After placing your order, send your measurements in centimeters using the measurement chart provided in product images and follow the step-by-step measurement video guide. Support is available via WhatsApp.

How long does it take to receive my dress?

Standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks, then your order is shipped worldwide with tracking. Express options may be available upon request.

Where are your dresses made?

All designs are handcrafted in our haute couture atelier in Istanbul using premium fabrics and hand-sewn techniques. We do not use mass production or glued lace.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by your country are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping.

Will I receive support and see my dress before shipping?

Yes. We provide personal support via WhatsApp and email throughout the process, and we share final photos of your finished piece before shipping for approval.
