How Your Custom Hijab Wedding Dress Order Works
Every bridal order follows a clear step-by-step process designed to make international made-to-measure ordering simple and transparent.
1. Choose Your Bridal Design
Begin by selecting a gown from our Hijab Wedding Dress collection, Muslim Wedding Dress collection or our Long Sleeve Wedding Dress collection.
Each design has its own silhouette, lace, fabric, construction and included bridal pieces. Please review the individual product page carefully for the exact design details and package contents.
If you would like a modesty adjustment, contact us before production. Depending on the design, requests may include additional lining, increased coverage, a higher neckline, longer sleeves or other suitable modifications.
2. Place Your Order and Share Your Details
Place your order using the size option that most closely matches you. For made-to-measure bridal gowns, the selected standard size acts as an ordering reference. Your personal measurements are then reviewed for your custom production.

3. Send Your Body Measurements in Centimeters
After ordering your gown, send your current body measurements in centimeters. These measurements are an essential part of our made-to-measure process and should be taken carefully before they are submitted to our atelier.
Our international size chart helps you compare EU, US and UK sizing. The standard size is a reference point, while your submitted measurements provide the information required for your individual bridal order.
How to Take Measurements for Your Bridal Gown
Take your measurements while wearing fitted clothing so the measuring tape can follow your body accurately. When possible, ask another person to help you take the measurements and keep the tape level.
Depending on the gown, our atelier may review measurements such as bust or chest, waist, hips, garment lengths, upper-body dimensions, sleeve length, biceps, shoulder, back width and the heel height you plan to wear with the dress.
Please use centimeters and double-check every measurement before sending it. If any of your submitted measurements change before production is completed, contact our team as soon as possible so we can advise you.
4. Your Gown Enters Couture Production in Istanbul
Once the required measurements and design details are confirmed, your bridal gown enters production in our Istanbul haute couture atelier.
Each gown is produced individually rather than through mass production. Our bridal work focuses on hand-finished construction, carefully applied details and couture techniques. We do not use glued lace in place of hand-finished lace application.
Standard production time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Timing may vary according to the complexity of the gown, requested customizations and seasonal production demand.

5. Review Final Photos Before Shipping
Before your completed bridal piece is dispatched, our team shares final photos with you. This gives you the opportunity to review the overall appearance and craftsmanship of your finished order before it leaves our atelier.
6. Worldwide Tracked Bridal Delivery
After the final stage is completed, your order is prepared for international delivery with tracking. Tracking information is provided once your bridal order has been dispatched.
Complimentary worldwide shipping is available on orders over $800. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are separate from the product and shipping price and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Made-to-Measure Fit and Bridal Construction
Fatma Sevildi bridal gowns are created according to the measurements and design specifications confirmed for your order. Because bridal silhouettes and construction methods vary by design, the exact fit features are stated on each product page.
Many of our bridal gowns include structured corset support and an adjustable lace-up back. Where a product page specifies approximately 3 to 5 cm of lace-up flexibility, this feature provides additional adjustability within that particular gown's construction.
Veils, headscarves, petticoats and other bridal pieces may differ from one design to another. Please use the individual product description as the final reference for exactly what is included with your chosen gown.

Important Information Before Ordering
Made-to-Order Policy
Bridal pieces are custom-made for each order. Once production has started, returns, exchanges or cancellations are not accepted. Please review your selected design, measurements and customization requests carefully before production begins.
Minor Local Alterations
A made-to-measure gown is produced from the measurements provided without an in-person fitting. In some cases, a minor local alteration such as hem or sleeve adjustment may still be appropriate after delivery.
Customs and Import Charges
International customs duties, import taxes and local clearance fees are determined by the destination country and are not collected by Fatma Sevildi Couture.
