Order your custom hijab wedding dress from wherever you live. Choose a design, confirm the details with our team and send your measurements. We make your gown in our Istanbul atelier, share final photos and arrange tracked delivery.
No visit to Istanbul is required for an online order. Before you buy, tell us your wedding date and delivery country so we can check the timeline for your chosen gown.
The size selected at checkout is a reference. Your confirmed measurements guide production.
Shipping takes additional time. Design complexity and seasonal demand can affect production.
See your completed gown before shipping. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
Remote made-to-measure orders do not include an in-person fitting. Allow time for possible minor local alterations before your event.

Choose the design, then confirm the details
Start with a gown from our hijab wedding dress collection. Read its full product description before ordering, including the fabric, silhouette, lining and pieces included.
If you need a higher neckline, extra lining, different sleeve coverage or another adjustment, send us the product link and your request before placing the order. We can advise whether the change is suitable for that design and whether it affects the price or timeline.
Check what comes with your gown. A veil, headscarf, petticoat, cape or detachable overskirt is included only when stated in the product description. Photos may show styling pieces that are sold separately.

For an engagement, henna celebration, wedding reception or formal event, explore the fabric colors below. Our chart helps you tell us which shade you would like for your selected design.
Enter both the color code and its name in the product’s personalization field. For example: E03 Sage Green, C02 Garnet Red or D07 Navy Blue.
- Choose a shade. Find its exact code and name on the chart.
- Add it to your order. Use the personalization field where available. If no field appears, contact us with the product link and your chosen shade.
- Confirm it with our team. Ask us to check the fabric and coordinating details for your selected gown before ordering.
The chart is a color reference. Fabric availability and the suitability of a shade depend on the design. Satin, tulle, lace, lining and embellishments can reflect color differently, so not every part of a gown will necessarily have an identical tone.
Color names are descriptive. Screens and lighting can change how a shade appears. If a close color match matters for your event, discuss it with us before ordering.
Place your order and share your event details
For a made-to-measure gown, choose the standard size closest to yours as an ordering reference. Your personal measurements, rather than that size label alone, will be used for your custom order.
Provide your current email address, mobile number and complete delivery address. Share your event date, any agreed customization and your color choice where applicable. If you are unsure which size to select, contact us before checking out.
Send your measurements with confidence
After ordering, send your current body measurements in centimeters, following our guides. Ask someone to help, keep the tape level and measure over fitted clothing. Double-check each value before sending it.
Let us know the heel height you plan to wear. If you are unsure about a measurement or whether a petticoat affects the required length, ask our team before submitting it.

Unsure about a number? Contact us before sending your final measurements. If your measurements change while the order is in progress, let us know as soon as possible so we can advise you.
Your gown takes shape in our Istanbul atelier
Production begins after payment is completed and your measurements and design details are confirmed. Your gown is made individually to the agreed specifications.
Production typically takes 2–3 weeks. More detailed designs, customizations and busy periods may require longer. Check the schedule with us before ordering, particularly if your event is approaching.
See your finished gown before it leaves us
We share final photos before dispatch so you can review the appearance and details of your completed order. Please raise any questions promptly with our team.
Photos show the finished garment. They cannot replace an in-person fitting or confirm how the gown will sit on your body.
Tracked delivery to your destination
Once your order is dispatched, we send your tracking information. Shipping time is additional to production time. Check our shipping policy for current destination estimates and shipping terms.
Allow extra time before your event for delivery and any minor local alterations. Contact us with your event date and country before ordering so we can discuss the timing for your design.
Import duties, taxes or local clearance charges may apply. Review the shipping policy and the charges shown at checkout before completing your order.
Questions to settle before you order
Will I need to travel to Istanbul for a fitting?
No. Online made-to-measure orders are produced using your submitted measurements and confirmed design details. Because there is no in-person fitting, a minor local adjustment may still be needed after delivery.
What if I am between standard sizes?
The selected size is an ordering reference for made-to-measure gowns. Send your actual measurements and contact us if you are unsure which size to choose. Do not change your measurements to match a size chart.
Can I change the neckline, sleeves or lining?
Ask us before ordering. What can be changed depends on the gown’s construction and materials. Send the product link and explain the coverage you need so we can check suitability, price and timing.
Can I choose a different color for an evening gown?
Use our fabric color chart to select a code and name, then ask us to confirm that shade for your chosen design. Enter the confirmed selection in the product’s personalization field where available. Lace, tulle and embellishments may differ in tone from the main fabric.
Is a veil or headscarf included?
Inclusions vary by design. The product description is the reference for the veil, headscarf, petticoat, cape and other accessories included in your order.
Will my gown have an adjustable lace-up back?
Construction varies by design. Check the product description for corset support, back fastening and any stated adjustment range. A lace-up back does not replace accurate measurements.
Can I return or cancel a custom order?
Please read our refund and cancellation policy before ordering. Custom production limits cancellation and change-of-mind return options once work has started. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately so we can check its status.
If your order arrives damaged or appears incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
My event is soon. Can you make my dress in time?
Contact us before purchasing with the product link, event date and delivery country. We need to check production availability and shipping time for your particular order. The standard production estimate alone does not confirm arrival by your event date.
