All of our wedding dresses are handmade and made-to-measure in our own atelier. Because each gown is custom produced, processing time is required before shipping.

Processing Time
Production time is typically 2–3 weeks, depending on the design and season. During peak wedding periods, production may take slightly longer. We always confirm your timeline before starting production.

Shipping Time
After production is completed, your order is shipped via international express courier (such as UPS, or FedEx).
Estimated delivery time:
• Europe: 3–8 business days
• USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
• UK & Australia: 5–10 business days

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Customs Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees determined by your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not have control over customs fees and cannot predict the exact amount.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Delays
While we use reliable express couriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, or courier-related issues beyond our control.
