All of our hijab bridal gowns are custom-made to your exact measurements and handcrafted exclusively for you. For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted once production has begun. We carefully confirm all details with you before starting the process to ensure complete satisfaction.

After placing your order, you will receive a measurement form and a detailed video guide. You can submit your measurements through this form, and our team is always available via WhatsApp if you need assistance.

Our standard production time is approximately 2-3 weeks. Once completed, your order is shipped worldwide with full tracking. If your wedding date is approaching, express production and shipping options are available upon request.

All designs are handcrafted in our haute couture atelier in Istanbul using premium fabrics and hand-sewn techniques. We do not use mass production or glued lace—each gown is created with couture-level craftsmanship.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price. Shipping costs are calculated separately; however, we offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $800. All shipments are sent securely with full tracking and careful bridal packaging.

Yes. We provide personal support via WhatsApp and email throughout the entire process. Before shipping, we share final approval photos of your finished gown, so you can review the details and feel confident before delivery.
