How does ordering a custom hijab wedding dress work?

Each Fatma Sevildi bridal gown is made to your measurements and selected design details. After your order, we guide you through the measurement process and remain available on WhatsApp throughout production. Before shipping, final photos of your completed dress are shared with you for approval.

How do I send my measurements?

After placing your order, you will receive our bridal measurement form together with a detailed measurement video guide. You can submit your measurements through the form, and our team can assist you on WhatsApp if you need help at any stage.

Can my hijab wedding dress be customized?

Yes. Our bridal gowns are created through a made-to-measure couture process, and available customization depends on the selected design.

How long does a custom bridal gown take to make?

Our standard production time is approximately 2-3 weeks. Rush production and shipping may be available depending on the design, production schedule and destination.

Where are Fatma Sevildi wedding dresses made?

Our wedding dresses are handcrafted in our haute couture atelier in Istanbul, Türkiye. We work with premium bridal fabrics and hand-sewn techniques.

Will I see my wedding dress before it is shipped?

Yes. Before shipment, we share final photos of your finished gown so you can review the completed dress before delivery.

Do you ship hijab wedding dresses internationally?

Yes. We ship our bridal gowns worldwide with tracking. Shipping options and delivery details are shown during checkout.

Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Customs duties, import taxes and local fees may be charged by your destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I return or exchange a custom-made wedding dress?

Because each gown is made specifically to your measurements and selected customization, custom-made bridal gowns cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started.
